Shipping & Processing Policy

At LeeLani Creations, every order is handmade and packaged with care to ensure it arrives safely and meets our quality standards.

We begin processing orders in the order they are received, and most items are made to order unless otherwise noted.


Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on the product type:

Keychains & Bracelets: Usually premade and shipped within 1–2 business days
• Passport Holders & Luggage Tags: 3–5 business days
• Journals & Planners: 2–4 business days
• T-Shirts, Tumblers & Custom Gifts: 3–7 business days
• Party Favors & Event Essentials: Varies by order size — please contact us for  estimates
• Blankets: 7–10 business days
• Luggage Covers: Up to 14 business days
• Large Custom Orders: Time determined by project size and details

Rush Orders

Rush processing is available on select items for a $15 fee.
Please email orders@LeeLani.Shop before purchasing to confirm if your item qualifies for rush service.

Rush service is not available for:

•Luggage Cover
•Blankets
•Custom T-Shirts
•Large Bulk Orders


Shipping Methods & Delivery

Once your order has completed processing, it will ship via one of the following methods:

•USPS First Class or Priority Mail: 2–5 business days (within the U.S.)
•UPS: Available as an upgrade at checkout
•International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Free shipping may be offered during special promotions.


Quality Assurance & Documentation

Every order is carefully inspected, photographed, and documented before shipping to ensure quality and accuracy.
This process helps us verify the condition of your item(s) before they leave our studio and ensures you receive exactly what you ordered.


Digital Products

Digital downloads are delivered instantly after purchase.
You’ll also receive a confirmation email containing your download link for backup access.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once your order is marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, LeeLani Creations is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
Please check with neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier directly for assistance.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@LeeLani.Shop.
Be sure to include your order number and photos of the damaged packaging or item so we can help.

We’re happy to guide you through the claim process with the carrier if needed, but replacements or refunds cannot be issued for orders marked as delivered.
