Returns, Refunds & Digital Product Policy

At LeeLani Creations, every order is created with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are handmade, personalized, or made to order, all sales are considered final except under the conditions outlined below.

By placing an order with LeeLani Creations, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.

Processing & Shipping

Each handmade or custom order is created specifically for you. Please allow the processing time listed on the product page before your order ships.

Processing time is separate from shipping time and may vary during holidays, sales, or other high-volume periods.

Once your order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, LeeLani Creations is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Because many of our products are handmade, personalized, or made to order, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order qualifies, please contact orders@LeeLani.Shop within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging (if applicable)

Return Eligibility (If Approved)

If your return request is approved:

  • The item must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • A prepaid return shipping label and instructions will be provided.
  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact orders@LeeLani.Shop within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and work toward a resolution.

Quality Assurance

Every order is carefully inspected, photographed, documented, and securely packaged before shipping to ensure quality and accuracy.

This documentation helps verify the condition of your order before it leaves our studio and allows us to quickly investigate any shipping or product concerns.

Shipping Responsibility

Once tracking shows your order as "Delivered," LeeLani Creations is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

Please check with:

  • Household members
  • Neighbors
  • Your local post office
  • The shipping carrier

for assistance locating your package.

We're happy to assist you with filing a carrier claim when applicable. However, refunds or replacements cannot be issued for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. LeeLani Creations is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products

If you're unsure whether your purchase qualifies, please contact us before placing your order. We're always happy to help.

Exchanges

Because most of our products are handmade or personalized, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If a return or refund is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item after your refund has been processed.

Refund Processing

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Digital Products

Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final.

Once your purchase has been completed and access to the files has been provided, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

If you experience difficulty accessing your files, please contact orders@LeeLani.Shop within 24 hours of purchase so we can assist you.

Digital File Delivery

  • Digital files are available immediately after payment has been confirmed.
  • A confirmation email containing your download link will also be sent for your records.
  • You are responsible for downloading and saving your files.
  • Please ensure your device and software are compatible with the file formats provided (PNG, PDF, SVG, ZIP, etc.).

Usage Rights

Unless otherwise stated in the product listing or license, digital files are intended for personal or small business use.

You may not:

  • Resell, share, or distribute the files.
  • Claim the artwork or designs as your own.
  • Upload or use the files on print-on-demand platforms (such as Redbubble, Amazon Merch, Printful, Printify, etc.) without the appropriate commercial license.

File Use Disclaimer

LeeLani Creations is not responsible for printing errors, color variations, software compatibility issues, or improper file use after the files have been downloaded.

Please review the product description carefully before purchasing to ensure the files meet your needs.

Right to Refuse Service

LeeLani Creations reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, unauthorized chargebacks, abusive behavior, or violations of our shop policies.
