Returns, Refunds & Digital Product Policy
At LeeLani Creations, every order is made with care and attention to detail. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final except under the conditions listed below.
By purchasing from our shop, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Processing Time & Shipping
Each handmade or custom order is crafted just for you. Please allow the stated processing time before your item ships.
Processing time is separate from shipping time and may vary during holidays or busy seasons.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, LeeLani Creations is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.
Customized & Physical Items
We have a no-return policy due to the nature of our handmade and custom items.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation (based on tracking information) at orders@LeeLani.Shop.
Eligibility for Return (if applicable):
•The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
•A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
•If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label and return instructions. The shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
•Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Quality Verification
Every handmade and custom order is carefully inspected and photographed before shipping. This process ensures accuracy and quality control on our end. In the rare event that you believe an item arrived damaged or incorrect, our documentation allows us to verify and resolve any issue efficiently.
Shipping & Delivery Responsibility
Once tracking shows your order as “Delivered,” LeeLani Creations is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
Please check with neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier directly for assistance.
We’re happy to help guide you through filing a carrier claim, but replacement items or refunds cannot be issued for orders marked as delivered.
Be sure your shipping address is accurate before completing checkout, as we are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
•Custom or personalized items
•Sale or clearance items
•Gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your order qualifies, please reach out before purchasing — we’re always happy to confirm details or help you choose the best option.
Exchanges
Because most of our products are handmade or personalized, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If there’s an approved return or issue with your item, we’ll process a refund (if applicable), and you may place a new order for the replacement item separately..
Refunds
Once your return (if applicable) is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Digital Products
Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, all digital sales are final.
Once a file has been purchased and the download link has been sent, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
If you experience any issue accessing or downloading your files, contact us at orders@LeeLani.Shop within 24 hours of purchase so we can assist you.
File Access & Delivery
•Files are available immediately after payment is confirmed.
•You are responsible for downloading and saving the files.
•Ensure your device and software are compatible with the provided formats (PNG, PDF, ZIP, etc.).
Usage Rights
All digital files are for personal or small business use as described in the individual product listing or license.
You may not:
•Resell, share, or distribute the files.
•Claim the artwork or designs as your own.
•Upload or use on print-on-demand platforms (e.g., Redbubble, Amazon Merch, etc.) without an extended license.
File Use Disclaimer
LeeLani Creations is not responsible for printing errors, color variations, or improper file use once the download is complete. Please ensure you understand the file type and usage before purchase.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases involving suspected fraud, chargebacks, or inappropriate conduct toward our business or team members.
