Our Story...

Every great business has a story, and ours began around the kitchen table.

When my oldest daughter, Taliyah ("Lee"), was just six years old, we discovered a shared love for creating. We spent countless hours making candles, home décor, and handmade crafts together. It wasn't about starting a business. It was about spending time together, being creative, and making memories that would last a lifetime.

As the years passed, life became busier and crafting took a back seat. Then my youngest daughter, Talani ("Lani"), came along. As I searched for personalized gifts and custom décor for our family, I often found myself wishing I could find something a little more unique and a little more personal. So, I returned to what I loved most... creating.

Before long, friends and family began asking where they could buy the pieces I was making. Those small projects quickly grew into something much bigger.

That's how LeeLani Creations was born.

Our name is more than a business name. It's a piece of our family. "Lee" comes from my oldest daughter, Taliyah, and "Lani" comes from my youngest daughter, Talani. Together, they became LeeLani, a name that reminds us every day why this journey began.

Today, our business is truly a family effort.

Lee continues to be an important part of the business, helping with planning, events, and keeping everything organized behind the scenes. Lani may be the youngest, but don't let her age fool you. She has an incredible imagination and is often the first to suggest new ideas, color combinations, and creative touches that make our products unique. Some of our best conversations happen while we're designing something together.

One of our favorite parts of owning a small business is participating in local vendor events. They're about so much more than selling products. They're opportunities for us to work side by side, meet wonderful customers, learn together, celebrate successes, and create memories as a family. Those weekends have become some of our favorite moments.
