Shipping & Processing Policy

At LeeLani Creations, every order is handmade and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and meets our quality standards.

Orders are processed in the order they are received unless rush processing has been purchased and confirmed. Most items are made to order unless otherwise noted.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or major holidays.

Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on the product type:

  • Keychains & Bracelets: Usually premade and ship within 1–2 business days
  • Passport Holders & Luggage Tags: 3–5 business days
  • Journals & Planners: 2–4 business days
  • T-Shirts, Tumblers & Custom Gifts: 3–7 business days
  • Party Favors & Event Essentials: Varies by order size. Please contact us for an estimated turnaround time.
  • Blankets: 7–10 business days
  • Luggage Covers: Up to 14 business days
  • Large Custom Orders: Processing time is determined by the size and complexity of the project.

Rush Orders

Rush processing is available on select items for a $15 rush fee.

Please email orders@LeeLani.Shop before placing your order to confirm whether your item qualifies for rush processing.

Rush processing is not available for:

  • Luggage Covers
  • Blankets
  • Custom T-Shirts
  • Large Bulk Orders

Shipping Methods & Delivery

Once your order has completed processing, it will ship using one of the following methods:

  • USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail: Typically 2–5 business days within the U.S.
  • UPS: Available as an upgrade during checkout.
  • International Shipping: Typically 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your package weight and destination.

Free shipping may be offered during select promotions.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Quality Assurance & Documentation

Every order is carefully inspected, photographed, documented, and securely packaged before shipping to ensure quality and accuracy.

This documentation helps verify the condition of your order before it leaves our studio and allows us to better assist if any shipping issues arise.


Digital Products

Digital downloads are available immediately after purchase.

You'll also receive a confirmation email containing your download link for future access.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, LeeLani Creations is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

If your package cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, or the shipping carrier for additional assistance.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact orders@LeeLani.Shop within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

We're happy to help guide you through the carrier's claims process when applicable. However, replacements or refunds cannot be issued for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.
