Drop us a message with your preferences for the chip bags. You can specify what you'd like the chip bags to say, and we can even change the colors to match your theme.
Don't limit your creativity! While you've seen examples with Cheetos and Doritos logos, we can work with any brand or design you desire.

If you want to add a picture, be sure to select the option in the drop down menu to add a photo to your cart. Otherwise, the picture will not be included.

✨Printed Unfilled chip bags come printed on premium glossy paper (matte paper available upon request) and are 95% assembled. You just need to add the chips or treats and seal them with the double-sided tape we provide.
✨Filled chip bags will be ready to put out at your event.

✨If you'd like to include a photo on your chip bag, add "ADD A PHOTO" to your cart along with the chip bag order. At this point, you should have two items in your cart if you're adding a picture.

✨Ensure your photo is bright.
✨Avoid having hair that matches the background color, as it can make it hard to distinguish.
✨Provide a photo without filters.
✨Avoid photos with the head cut off or taken at odd angles, as this can result in sharp edges and cut-off images.
𝟑-𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧/𝐋𝐨𝐠𝐨𝐬:
✨If you want multiple designs, different colored bags, or additional customization's, add "EXTRADESIGN" to your cart. If you're adding both extra design options and a picture, your cart should now contain three items. If not, it should have just one item.

Note: Filled chip bags come with 1 oz sealed chip bags placed inside the custom bags. If the chips you want don't come in 1 oz size, we will not fill them, and it's recommended that you fill them at home.

Return & Refund Policy
We have a no-return policy, due to the nature of our items. This means if your item(s) are customized there are NO refunds or returns. However, if you have a problem with your order you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation based on the tracking information.
If there is an issue with your custom item(s) you must contact us immediately at info@LeeLani.Shop. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
