We have a no-return policy, due to the nature of our items. This means if your item(s) are customized there are NO refunds or returns. However, if you have a problem with your order you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation based on the tracking information.
If there is an issue with your custom item(s) you must contact us immediately atĀ info@LeeLani.Shop. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youāll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, weāll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
